Who can benefit from systemic therapy?
Topics in Systemic Therapy
People who come to see me, for example, may experience:
- ongoing stress or inner tension that makes it difficult to switch off
- exhaustion or low mood accompanied by reduced motivation or confidence
- burnout, including an almost complete loss of meaning in life
- physical symptoms without a clear medical explanation
- sleep difficulties or persistent overthinking
- self-doubt or the feeling of not being good enough
- conflicts within partnerships or family relationships
- challenges at work or during periods of transition
- social withdrawal or difficulties in relationships
- distress related to loss, separation, or illness
Questions and doubts
Some people wonder whether their concern is “serious enough” for therapy, or they may not yet know how to put their experience into words. Often, there is simply a feeling that something is no longer in balance.
